On Saturday 20th February, St John's hosted a Fair Trade Coffee Morning, to which almost 100 people came. There was a range of fairly traded craft and food items and those attending had the chance to sample homemade cakes which had been made using Fair Trade ingredients. Fair Trade Fortnight which started on Monday 22nd Feb is focussing on getting people to encourage tea companies to buy their tea from estates where the workers receive a fair deal.Thanks for this, Joyce.
