On Saturday 22nd July the Eagles’ held their annual car wash and afternoon tea.
During the afternoon they managed to raise a fantastic £600 for Zoë's Place Children’s Hospice in Liverpool. If you would like to find out more about Zoë's Place, or didn’t manage to support the Car Wash but would like to support the charity, Please go to http://www.zoes-place.org.uk/liverpool/.
Not only did Eagle’s, and their supporter’s, wash cars but they also ran a raffle and served delicious Cream Teas. (Apparently the cream was not compulsory but it certainly was scrumptious!)
Everybody worked very hard to provide not only an excellent service and relaxing “time out” for their patrons but also to raise a significant amount of money which I’m sure will be gratefully received, and put to excellent use, by Zoë's Place.
