The Eagles have recently been on their summer trip to Rock n River in Mawdsley. It managed not to rain and we even saw the sun fleetingly.
The young people took part in archery and abseiling.
The archery was great fun and ....
.... even Andy and Rachel got a turn.

Our instructor Ollie kept the kids, especially, the girls entertained!
Daniel was the overall winner.
The abseiling caused a few more problems. The steep climb to the top of the tower and the sheer drop over the side caused a few wobbles but everyone, even Abbie, managed it eventually.'
