Confirmation 2012

On Sunday 9^th December 2012 three members of St. John’s were confirmed.  Amanda, Laura and Graeme were confirmed, with other candidates from the area, at St. Peter Birkdale.   

The candidates were confirmed by the Right Reverend Cyril Ashton, a self confessed “petrol head”!  The service was solemn but also joyous.

Bishop Cyril commented on the fact that the newly weds, Laura and Graeme, were being confirmed as almost the first act of their married life.
