The programme was a mixture of popular songs, hymns and even some South African music. The choir clearly enjoyed performing as much as the audience enjoyed listening to them. The performance was made even more interesting by the conductor’s amusing anecdotes, an excellent accompanist, and two choir members who each sang a debut solo.
Our thanks go to St. John’s Social & Fundraising Committee for organising yet another very pleasant evening and also, of course, to the choir for their delightful performance.
